DIGGER’S HOTLINE YEAR END SURVEY GIFT CARD WINNERS!

Congratulations to Aaron Johnson and Larry Taylor for participating in the Digger’s Hotline Year End Online Survey and winning the $50 Home Depot Gift Cards!

Aaron Johnson of Bancroft, NE completed the Home/Personal Property Owner Year End Survey for Digger’s Hotline. This survey was geared towards the 11% of Digger’s Hotline customer’s that place locate requests for their home or personal property in the State of Nebraska. State Statutes require that all individuals in the State of Nebraska, to include all home and personal property owners, must place a locate request with Digger’s Hotline 48 business hours prior to their excavation project. All excavation projects are included in this Statute regardless of the depth or nature of the project.

Larry Taylor with Consolidated Telephone out of Curtis, Nebraska completed the survey geared towards those individuals that excavate professionally. In the State of Nebraska for 2009, Professional Contractors comprised 69% of all locate requests and Member Utilities comprised 22%.

Digger’s Hotline of Nebraska conducts the Year End Customer Satisfaction Survey annually in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement with our services and operations of the Center. Throughout the year, Digger’s Hotline encourages all Stakeholders in underground damage prevention to provide input regarding the services and operations of Digger’s Hotline and The One Call Notification Act.
